On top of many of the ins and outs of the brand writing and games processes at Hasbro, my manager has taught me that that it’s okay to take initiative. In fact, I am often encouraged to seek out opportunities and assignments to take on, even if they stray from what is expected of my position. I hope to take advantage of this support during my time here and find new and engaging ways to learn and grow.
