Hello readers!
If you are reading this, chances are you are about to embark on a unique journey at Hasbro.

So be prepared as there is certainly to it "more than meets the eye" (Transformers pun intended!).

They say leverage this opportunity to network, and let me tell you, Hasbro goes above and beyond so you can do that. From the numerous sessions lead by various departments, to tours, resource groups, events, and more... it's there, all you have to do is reach out for it!

It is also so humbling to see that almost anyone you reach out to will find the time to connect with you, listen to you, share their experience with you, and guide you.

On a smaller scale, my experience with my manager and colleagues was also one of a kind. I am an intern yes, but I am a career changer and I come with 10 years of experience. Going back to being an intern was something I had mixed feelings about. But to be honest, I don't feel like an intern at all in my team. They have all made me feel as an integral part of the team on all levels (responsibility, visibility, trust, accountability and all). Therefore, I wake up every morning striving to make a positive impact.

Last, and on a less serious note, one of the challenges of working at a Hasbro office is controlling, and even suppressing, your inner child as you walk through the hallways!
