As an undergraduate intern with the Global Consumer Insights team, every day is truly unique. During my 8 months interning here, I have been exposed to a wide variety of experiences working with many of Hasbro’s famous brands including NERF, Play-Doh, Transformers, and more! On some days, I spend hours exploring data to find the most important insights for our brand teams. Other times, I collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative recommendations based on our insights. Some of our projects are focused on U.S. consumers, while others are concerned with consumers and cultures around the globe. Some projects are focused on long-term outcomes and take months to complete. Other times, our team completes a research project in a matter of days. Sometimes we are curious about what parents think, but other times we are interested in understanding a young child’s perspective. Each project offers a unique experience, full of opportunities to learn something new.

For me, waking up each day without knowing what the day will hold is the most exciting part of my internship at Hasbro. While it is sometimes unnerving jumping into a new situation, the opportunity to learn something new is extremely valuable to me as a student. Furthermore, the support of my team gives me the confidence to dive into the unfamiliar, knowing that I can rely on their guidance and mentorship along the way.

As a Hasbro Intern, no two days are quite the same, and I am extremely grateful for that.
